Myrtue Behavioral Health offers a walk-in group designed to equip adults with key skills in caring for their mental health. The group will be focused on both learning helpful tools and connecting with support from others. Group is relevant for a wide variety of challenges from depressed mood to anxiety to dealing with life stressors. Topics rotate and focus on core concepts like understanding stress, coping skills for the moment, and how to move toward overall wellness. The group has both an evening and daytime option: Monday nights at 6 pm and Friday mornings at 9 am. To attend, arrive 30 minutes before group time to get registered, and bring your insurance card. There is no need to sign up in advance or commit to ongoing attendance.
