SOAR, which stands for SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access and Recovery, assists people in navigating through the process of applying for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
The SOAR program prioritizes helping individuals who have a mental illness and who have experienced chronic homelessness.
