Resources West Central Community Action Shelby County Outreach Center
Open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm to residents of Shelby County. Programs include emergency food assistance, clothing room, LIHEAP, Weatherization, utility assistance, Head Start, WIC, Senior Aide Employment and Child Care referrals. Food Pantry may be utilized a maximum of 4 times per year per family. Please call ahead to schedule pick up. Each pantry is generally enough food for 3-4 days. Clients may have access to the clothing room once a week. Special projects include a Christmas Adoption Program during the month of December. Contact: Dena Matthews
