Open Door Mission's Lydia House Overflow Shelter provides emergency services for single women and single mothers in need of immediate assistance: food, shelter, clothing and other basic needs. Call 402-829-1531 daily to check availability. This Overflow Shelter flyer lists more information. Open Door Mission's Lydia House also offers life-changing programs to address the causes of homelessness such as abuse, addiction, or the inability to obtain and maintain steady employment. All applications for Lydia House six-month free transitional shelter will be taken through personal appointments. This Lydia House flyer has updated application information.
