Sarah also brings experience working at the Washington State Department of Health overseeing the drug user health portfolio and supporting community groups to launch and maintain harm reduction services. She enjoys offering technical assistance in a way that builds skills for upcoming leaders to thrive in their work over time and supporting strategies that promote healthy team communication and culture.
