About the Speaker:  With more than 20 years in clinical practice and administration Annie Jensen helps organizations adapt and thrive in the changing healthcare landscape by raising client level outcomes.  In her role at MTM as DLA-20 senior consultant and an expert in process change, she has led more than 400 national organizations on these efforts, including inpatient psychiatric units and FQHCs, school based services and healthcare homes.  Annie has helped organizations improve client access, double service capacity, implement no-show procedures and enhance consumer-centered care. Her DLA-20 trainings have helped providers treating adult MI/dual, youth SED/dual, I/DD, and substance abuse disorders provide valid scores and consistent utilization for healthcare report cards, information for treatment planning and estimating global assessment of functioning and support psychiatric approval for Medicaid reimbursement and healthcare reporting standards.  Annie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Missouri.
